Dr. Kamali is the founder and director of Kamali Consulting, a firm that supports organizations to center equity and to create a culture of belonging in their policies, practices, and programs.
Dr. Kamali teaches writing at the University of California, San Diego’s Division of Extended Studies.
She is also the author of Homegrown Hate: Why White Nationalists and Militant Islamists Are Waging War against the United States published by University of California Press in 2021.
